Welcome to "The Marmot", our cozy cabin in the heart of Red Feather Village! Walk to The Tavern, Ace Hardware, the Trading Post/Grocery, and several nearby lakes. Guests enjoy exclusive access to eight private lakes for fishing and ice fishing for a fee, plus easy access to trails, ATVing, and the Poudre River. Fox Acres Golf Club less than one mile from the cabin! Family-friendly with bunk beds, a fire pit, and clawfoot tub. Perfect for a seasonal escape or long mountain retreat!

Inside the Cabin:

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed, office desk, and dresser—ideal for remote workers.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus a triple bunk bed (3 singles)—perfect for families or groups.

• Bathroom: Classic clawfoot tub plus a stand-up shower.

• Living Area: Modern wood stove for cozy evenings, plus fast WiFi for work or streaming.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space, washer/dryer included.

• Heating & Cooling: New heat pump mini-split in the main room for heating and cooling and covers whole cabin.

Outdoor Space

• Charming front porch with rocking chairs and a table—great for morning coffee while watching hummingbirds.
