Silent Auction Instructions:

  • Bidding Begins Online Friday, April 5th at 7:30 PM

  • Bidding Closes on Saturday, April 6th at 9:30 AM during the Pancake Breakfast

  • To bid, leave a comment on the item with your full name and bid amount. You will have to register as a site guest with your email address in order to comment/bid (this is so we can contact you if you win so please make sure you connect a valid email!)

  • There are no minimum bids or bid increments. Please bid as you see fit. 

  • Winning items can be paid for via Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Check

  • If you are attending the Pancake Breakfast we ask that your won items be paid for and collected by the end of the event at 10am (If you are bidding virtually, we will coordinate a pick up day/time with you via email)

  • Please Note: You will not be notified if you are outbid. To easily find items and check on your bid status you can use the search bar at the top of the page. You can also use the dropdown next to "All Posts" to organize the items by category. The categories are: Experiences, Themed Gift Baskets, Class Art Pots, and Miscellaneous.
